About

About

Youth for Peace Initiative (YPI) is a youth-led, non-profit platform committed to empowering young leaders and promoting peacebuilding within Sudanese and refugee communities. Established in response to the growing challenges of conflict and displacement, the Initiative works to strengthen community resilience through dialogue, capacity building, and collaborative action.

We engage youth as catalysts for social transformation, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to foster coexistence, advocate for nonviolence, and contribute to sustainable peace and development. Guided by inclusivity, integrity, and community engagement, YPI continues to create spaces where youth voices drive positive change across Sudan and Egypt.

Our Vision

We envision peaceful, cohesive Sudanese communities where young people play a leading role in fostering dialogue, reconciliation, and sustainable development.
